We are currently looking for 2 Part-Time Gallery Guides to work approximately two to three shifts, with availability Tuesday through Sunday, including both day and evening shifts.
Gallery Guides are responsible for ensuring the safety of the art and providing exceptional customer service to the public on a regular basis.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen interest in art and background in museums or tourist attractions are assets.
The candidate will work 2-3 shifts per 6-day week as needed to meet the needs of the business. Primary shifts are weekdays from Tuesday to Friday; with additional availability requirement of two Saturday, two Sunday, and two evening shifts per month. Hours of work are 9:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for day shifts and from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am for evening shifts. Rate of pay is $16.55/hr for day shifts and $18.00/hour for evening shifts.
